JUDGES AWARDS
These categories cannot be entered. The Editor and Judges will make nominations before the judging day. The Judges will make a decision on the winners and shortlist on the day itself.

18 Award for individual contribution
THE GRAND PRIX
This category cannot be entered. This category recognises the best project in operation. The winner will be an operating project that has delivered an outstanding improvement in public services for the benefit of the community that it serves. The shortlist for this award will be drawn from the winners of the six sector-specific operational project categories above.
